Do you offer local pick-up?
We do not currently offer local pick-up, but we do have hats available in retailers across Lubbock! We have hats available at each of the following Lubbock Retailers.
- Cardinal's Sports Center
- Mountain Hideaway
- Red Raider Outfitter
Do you have hats available for any other universities?
We do not currently offer hats for any universities other than Texas Tech. However, we do plan to expand as quickly as we can to make hats for as many college fans as possible.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund. Send an email to info@pennantpatchworks.com with your name and order number and we will get you taken care of!
